The Cornerstone class focuses on a closer walk with the Lord through the scriptures.  The curriculum is Life Lessons: Bible Studies for Life.  Each individual weekly lesson guides those in attendance on one of four important Christian characteristics.  We learn to CONNECT with an Open Heart (Mark 12:29 – 31), GROW in Body, Mind & Spirit (Romans 12:2), SERVE with Willing Hands (1 Peter 4:10 – 11), and GO with Ready Feet (Matthew 28:19 – 20).  The overall goal for this group is to achieve ever-increasing Adult Spiritual Growth and Commitment.

 

Each month our focus is on a pre-defined special topic.  We support its application to our individual and congregational lives with Old and New Testament Scriptures as appropriate.  Led by Steve Dziadik, the class meets in the Chi Rho classroom and runs from 10:45-Noon.
